Notice on the Selection of Excellent Graduates of International College of FAFU in 2022
2022届夏季毕业留学生：
To 2022 summer international graduates:
为全面提高来华留学生综合素质，培养遵规守纪，勤奋好学，积极向上，品学兼优的国际人才，促进我校留学生教育事业的发展，现开展2022届优秀来华留学毕业生评选工作,相关通知如下：
In order to comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of international students in China, cultivate international talents who are diligent, studious, positive, disciplined, and excellent in character and study, and promote the development of the education of international students in our school, the selection of excellent graduates of the 2022 class of international students is now being carried out . The relevant notices are as follows:
一、评选对象(Selection Target)
本次评选范围为2022年我校来华留学生应届毕业生（不含延期毕业生），即2022年7月15日前能够顺利毕业并取得学位的应届毕业生。
The selection of excellent graduates is for all 2022 graduates at FAFU(excluding deferred graduates),that is the graduates who can successfully graduate and obtain a degree before July 15, 2022.
二、评选条件(Selection Condition)
1. 优秀来华留学毕业生（本科生、研究生）基本条件
Basic conditions for excellent international graduates (undergraduate and graduate students)
(1) 申请人身心健康，知华友华，热爱学校；遵纪守法，品德优秀，按时提交健康报告等材料，无犯罪纪录，有较强的诚信意识。
Applicant is physically and mentally healthy, friendly to China and the Chinese people and love school with personalities of law-abiding, excellent morality, Submit health reports and other materials on time, no criminal record as well as strong sense of integrity.
(2) 崇尚科学精神，热爱所学专业，追求学术卓越，学习态度端正，研究生课程考核成绩平均分80以上，本科生课程考核成绩平均分70以上。
Advocating the spirit of science, loving the major and the pursuit for academic are excellent with correct attitude towards learning, The average score of the course assessment for Master/PhD.is above 80. The average score of the course assessment for bachelor is above 70.
(3) 积极参加校内外各类文体活动。
Actively participate in all kinds of stylistic activities both inside and outside the school.
(4)同等条件下担任留学生助手或学生干部，获得过奖励、公开发表过学术论文或获得校级以上荣誉者优先考虑。
Under the same conditions as assistants or student leader for international students, those who have won awards, published academic papers, and obtained honors at or above the university level are preferred.
(5) 在校期间凡有下列情况之一者，不得参加评选:违反校纪校规、院纪院规现象；签证超期、非法居留等违法犯罪情况；不能如期毕业者。
During the school period, any student who has one of the following circumstances shall not participate in the selection: violation of the disciplines and rules in school or department; the visa out of date, illegal residence and other illegal crimes; the students who cannot graduate properly.
2. 优秀来华留学毕业生（本科生、研究生）直接当选条件
Special conditions for excellent international graduates (undergraduate, graduate students)
国际学生应届毕业生中符合优秀毕业生的基本条件，且具备以下条件之一者：
The international graduate meets the basic conditions and has one of the following conditions will be selected to excellent graduates directly:
(1) 综合表现优秀，曾获国家级或省级个人荣誉者。
Anyone has won national or provincial honors with excellent personal performance.
(2) 毕业论文盲审获得3个A，同时以第一作者公开发表1篇（含）以上高水平论文；
3 A’s in the first blind review of the graduation thesis and 1 (inclusive) high-level papers published as the first author;
三、评选名额与奖励 (Selection Quota and Reward)
名额: Quota
优秀毕业生：≤8人（名额以2022届应毕业生人数20%的比例为参考）
硕士生：≤2人 博士生：≤5 人 本科生：≤1人
Excellent graduates: 8 (with a reference to 2022 graduates in 20%)
Master: ≤2 PhD: ≤5 Bachelor: ≤1
奖励: Reward
荣获 “优秀毕业生” 颁发荣誉证书并颁发奖品。
“Excellent Graduates” will be awarded a certificate of honor with prize.
四、评选材料(Selection Procedure)
1.《威斯尼斯人官方网站8567优秀来华留学毕业生申请表》（见附件）；
Application Form for Excellent International Graduates from IC of FAFU；
2. 我的留学故事，字数不少于1000字（中英文皆可），图文并茂；
My study abroad story is required no less than 1000 words (in Chinese or English)and written with pictures;
3. 学习成绩单;
Transcripts;
4.已发表的论文及其他相关材料（纸质版）
Published papers and other related materials
五、评选程序 (Selection Organization)
1.学生个人申请；
Individual student application;
2.留学生管理办公室资格审核并确定初选名单；
The International Student Management Office will review the qualifications and determine the primary selection list.
3.威斯尼斯人官方网站8567组织评审，评选中坚持公开、公平、公正原则。拟获奖名单将在学院网站公示；
The International College organizes the evaluation, and adheres to the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality in the selection. The list of proposed winners will be announced on the college website.
凡被评为威斯尼斯人官方网站8567“优秀毕业生”本人，若在离校前有严重违反校纪校规及违法行为者，一律取消评选资格和荣誉称号。
Anyone who has been rated as “Excellent Graduate” will be disqualified if he or she has serious violation of school rules and regulations before graduation.
4.颁奖表彰。
Award recognition.
请有意申请的同学自行下载申请表，于6月14日前将相关材料交至威斯尼斯人官方网站8567（办公室307-2）。
